This event will focus on the new social insurance legislation for foreign employees who have work permits or practicing licenses/certificates and labour contracts in Vietnam. It will discuss the impact of new social insurance regimes on foreign employees, particularly for female expatriates.

Sarah has been based in Vietnam for approximately five years, working as an employment lawyer. She has expertise on contentious employment matters such as dismissals and the negotiation of separation agreements, as well as non-contentious matters such as the drafting of employment contracts, internal labour regulations, service agreements and consultancy agreements. Sarah also advises on employment issues in relation to global asset and share transactions.
