Giles Cooper is Co-Director for Duane Morris Vietnam. He practices in the area of corporate, commercial law with a focus on international law in South East Asia and has two decade's experience helping foreign investors in Vietnam, particularly with market entry, investment structuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, major projects and construction, and employment law matters.
