Ms. Huyen Nguyen is a Tax Partner of EY Consulting Vietnam.
Huyen is also Vice Chair of HR&T Sector of EuroCham. She has actively contributed her opinions and initiatives to regulators and policy makers through business associations such as VBF, EuroCham, JBAV/JCCI, VCCI to resolve any issue or concern of foreign investors on various issues like labor, trade union, immigration, minimum salary, tax matters, social security, health and unemployment insurance, etc.
Huyen has 19 years of experience in assisting a wide range of foreign investors with personal income tax compliance, HR matters including planning and advisory etc. Her client portfolio includes multinational corporations, local companies, representative offices and non-governmental organizations in different industries.
Huyen has a good understanding of the Vietnamese regulations and procedures. Huyen’s main focus is now on expatriate services for Vietnam encompassing global mobility and immigration. In addition, Huyen also involve in tax controversy and cross boarder advisory for a broad base of foreign companies doing business in Vietnam
Huyen has developed excellent working relationships with various government authorities to actively follow up on tax and labor issues.

Laurent has been living in Vietnam for nearly 15 years, based in Hanoi. Graduated with a master degree in management and marketing in Paris, he is also a certified Global Mobility Specialist. He has been working at Resident Vietnam, an immigration and destination service provider, as Director of Business development, for more than 12 years and his area of focus has included advising companies and Immigration law firms on Vietnam Immigration and Work Permit regulations. In his capacity Laurent supervises a team of Immigration consultants and has developed over the years an extensive network of immigration professionals around the world.
