On June 29, the General Statistics Office of Vietnam released an official GDP figure for Q2, 2022. The Vietnamese economy expanded at 7.72 percent in the second quarter of this year, the highest rate in the same quarter in the last 10 years. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) posted a year-on-year rise of 2.96 percent.
