• Luca has started his career in finance after a post-grad in Geneva, Switzerland
• As an economist and then a Chief Economist for Investment Banks he has lived in London, Milan, New York, Paris, and Hong Kong.
• After fifteen years in the industry, he moved to the real sector. He has created and currently manages the GEODIS World Lab, a multi-disciplinary research department in charge of providing top-down strategic inputs to the board of one of the global largest supply chain corporations.
• He is an expert in Strategic Planning and change in large corporations, social/environmental transitions, and quantitative risk management and assessment.
• He has taught in many Universities in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Brian is our Regional Director in GEODIS, responsible for sales and marketing for Southeast Asia. With over 20 years of experience in the supply chain industry, Brian is most passionate about building a high-performance team and helping customers solve their logistical constraints.
Brian started his career in frontline sales. He then widened his solutioning experience by progressing into roles that required him to manage large key accounts with complex supply chain needs across the Asia Pacific Region. Brian subsequently took on senior leadership positions in Hong Kong, China and the Asia Pacific Region, with responsibilities to set up new divisions in new markets and to turnaround non-performing business units.
Over the years, on top of delivering business results, Brian has groomed and placed many next-generation leaders in strategic leadership roles. Brian has also led the integration of acquired businesses multiple times; including a multi-billion-dollar acquisition, delivering the intended business result and culture transformation. Having lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Chengdu, Brian enjoyed working with people from diverse business environment and culture.
Brian is currently taking an executive post graduate program (DBA) at the Hong Kong City University. He is also an Alumni of National University of Singapore Business School and the Ex-President of the Business Administration Club. After several overseas postings, Brian and his family moved back to Singapore in 2015. Outside work, he enjoys sports and outdoor activities. He recently took up rock climbing and cable skiing with his wife and son.
