Sarah has been based in Vietnam for approximately five years, working as an employment lawyer. She has expertise on contentious employment matters such as dismissals and the negotiation of separation agreements, as well as non-contentious matters such as the drafting of employment contracts, internal labour regulations, service agreements and consultancy agreements. Sarah also advises on employment issues in relation to global asset and share transactions.

Winnie is currently the COO of Colliers International in Vietnam and she is an active speaker in the region for HR and Operation subjects. Winnie is past president of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam and has been the General Secretary to the Board for Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam since 2016.
