The EuroCham Southeastern Vietnam Chapter (ESV Chapter) would like to invite all members and local partners to join this event.
This will be the first networking event of a series that will take place monthly alternating between Binh Duong and Dong Nai province. This first edition is taking place in BCEC Binh Duong New City and is sponsored by Becamex IDC.
One of the chapter's missions is to enhance the networking climate by offering more business engagement activities in the southeastern provinces, that are tailored to this specific group of members that for the majority are active in the fields of manufacturing and logistics. These events are also a good moment to approach the Chapter delegates to discuss matters related to membership and advocacy.

Deputy Director of Industrial Relations and Technology Transfer Centre at Vietnamese-German University (VGU)Mr Brian O’Reilly is the Deputy Director of Industrial Relations and Technology Transfer Centre at the Vietnamese-German University (VGU). Brian is also the European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham) South-eastern Vietnam Delegate for Community Building. In addition, Brian is the Chair of the Education and Training Working Group of the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF), and a founding member of the International Project Management Association of Vietnam (IPMAV). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Brian has been working in Vietnam for over 17 years in higher education, management consulting including business coaching, and corporate training. His work has been for clients coming from many parts of Vietnam and also countries such as Australia, Canada, Germany, India, Ireland, Korea, Singapore, South Africa, the UK, and the US. He has extensive experience in higher education and launched Vietnam’s first 100% foreign MBA program in Vietnam in 2003. Brian’s experience in higher education also includes launching and managing a number of business programs and lecturing in MBA and Bachelor programs for Australian, British, French, and Swiss Universities and Business Schools.

He is responsible for leading the academic direction of the university following its mission. His job is ensuring the highest possible quality of educational programs, both within and outside the classroom, for EIU students.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering at Ho Chi Minh University of Technology; Master and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA).
