Dr. Stefano Pellegrino

Nguyen Quang Thuan

Under his leadership, StoxPlus has become Vietnam’s leading financial and business information corporation in Vietnam. Thuan has led successfully the delivery of various consulting and background research projects for local and foreign institutions including The World Bank, Japan Economic Research Institute (a member of Development Bank of Japan), Beyond WTO (funded by AUSAID and DFID), Vietnam Challenge Fund (funded by ADB). Thuan has over 20 years’ experience leading market research and consulting, investment and M&A advisory. He was previously a Manager at Financial Services Division of PwC (Sydney and Hanoi offices) and Senior Investment Analyst at Vietnam Holding Asset Management Ltd with total asset under management of US$125 million.

Thuan holds a MBA degree from the University of New South Wales (Australia) and is a Fellow Member of the UK Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).

Le Xuan Dong

Mr. Dong is a Director of StoxPlus responsible for envisioning, planning, developing, and managing Business Information Services (BiinForm) division. Previously, Dong worked for over 10 years as a Senior Investment Manager at BIDV – Vietnam Partners Investment Management (BVIM) with AUM of USD98 million, in charge of sourcing, performing due diligence and valuation of, structuring, executing equity investments for two private equity funds, post-investment monitoring, planning and implementing exit strategies. Prior to BVIM, he was an Audit Manager for 8 years at Deloitte Vietnam.
Mr. Dong holds a Master of International Accounting degree from Swinburne University of Technology (Australia) and is a CFA Charter holder.

Oliver Behrend

An experienced senior manager, Mr. Oliver Behrend has 20 years experience in the Oil, Gas & Power, Renewable Energy, Carbon and Finance industries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. His key skills are the development, structuring and (debt and equity) financing of large projects and commercial transactions in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors, as well as the management of business units within large multinationals, of start-ups and of international joint ventures.

Mr. Oliver Behrend has applied his skills to executing USD 15mln - USD 1bln+ project developments, debt and equity financings and commercial and M&A transactions with the International Finance Corporation (IFC, a member of the World Bank Group), Royal Dutch Shell, E.ON-Masdar, Arreon Carbon and his own consultancy. He is currently responsible for IFC’s debt and equity investments in Vietnam and the Mekong Region, focusing on energy, water and logistics. He is also the global head of IFC InfraVentures, the project development fund of IFC, co-developing infrastructure projects in Africa and Asia.

Nguyen Ninh Hai

Nguyen Ninh Hai has been working as MOIT’s officer in renewable energy field since 2008. He has undertaken to draft promoting mechanisms and policies for elevating development of renewable energies in Vietnam, including FIT for wind power, biomass, and municipal solid waste to energy and solar, National Strategy on promoting development of renewable energy in Vietnam, and National Master Plan on Renewable Energy in Vietnam.

Mr. Hai is also Vietnam focal point of Renewable Energy Subsector Network under ASEAN Energy Cooperation.

Dang Duong Anh

To many clients and peers, Dang Duong Anh is one of the most reliable and result-oriented Vietnamese lawyers. Pham Minh Tuan

Mr Pham Minh Tuan was appointed as Deputy General Director, Chief Operating Officer at Bamboo Capital Group (“BCG”) in August 2017. In this role, he is responsible for managing day to day operations of BCG. Tuan is also responsible for investor relations, involves in growth strategies and value realizations of BCG. Tuan has oversight of BCG’s investing activity in the renewable energy and real estate.

Tuan is a value-oriented professional with expertise on financial planning and strategies. Tuan focuses on promoting strong and flexible strategic thinking to enhance profitability and create solutions. Prior to joining BCG, Tuan worked as a Senior Financial Controller for one of the largest full service brokerage in Canada, where he specialized in financial performance management and financial reporting, assisting with profitability analysis, compensation analysis, and competitive analysis. Prior to that, Tuan worked at Citibank Canada where he was Vice President of Regulatory reporting. Formerly, he worked for PwC in both Canada and Vietnam earlier in his career.

Tuan holds a Master of Business in Banking and Finance from Monash University, Australia. Tuan is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA-UK).

Dung Vu

Ms. Dung Vu is a Senior Market Analyst responsible for Financial Services projects including Banking, Consumer Finance, Intermediary Payment Services, Bank Card, etc., and works with clients including the World Bank and Japan Economic Research Institute. Besides, she covers Renewable Energy thanks to her previous working experience. Before joining StoxPlus, Dung has worked for four years in the energy sector, with IHS Markit Global as a Downstream Consultant where she supported refinery M&A, valuation, and market entry projects, and with PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Corporation as an Upstream Investment and Business Development Executive. Now based in Hanoi, Dung has had international working experience in Malaysia, the US, and Europe.
Dung holds a Bachelor Degree in International Business and Finance with Magna Cum Laude from Drexel University, USA.
