- Orientations, guidelines and policies for policy framework improvement and foreign investment attraction into Public–Private Partnership projects in the transport sector to handle a rapidly-increasing traffic network and to reduce traffic congestion in Hanoi.
- Hanoi's plan for becoming a Smart City.

Nguyen Duc Chung
Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee
H.E. Mr. Nguyen Duc Chung is serving as Vice Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee for 2015-2020 during its 16th Congress in November. He holds a doctor degree of law, a bachelor’s degree from the People’s Police Academy of Vietnam with a major in criminal investigation, a bachelor’s degree from the Hanoi University of Commerce with a major in Business Administration, and a certificate of senior investigator.
H.E. Mr. Chung was appointed Deputy Director of the Hanoi Police in September 2010. In September 2012, he was officially appointed as Director of the Hanoi Police Agency. In July 2013, Mr. Chung was promoted to Major General. He was honoured with the title of Hero of the Armed Forces in 2004 and the Order of Fatherland Defence, first class, in 2007.
