According ILO Monitor, COVID-19 pandemic is the worst global crisis since the Second World War. It has intensified and expanded in terms of its global reach, with unprecedented shocks to economies and labour markets.
In Vietnam, COVID-19 has directly and indirectly affected every organization and has transformed the nature of work as well as organizations' strategies on recruitment and employment.

Ms. Mai Nguyen has acquired rich experience in business development, corporate and HR advisory services from her over 25 years working for the renowned international organizations. She is known in the market as the first Country Head in Vietnam for ACCA Vietnam – the UK-based accountancy professional body, the Business Development Director for Deloitte Vietnam, and the General Manager for eSilicon Vietnam.
In her current role of Managing Director for Navigos Search Vietnam, Mai continues to use her strength and experience to lead a team of over 170 consultants to provide companies and individuals with solutions for recruitment needs and career growth. Mai is passionate in growing people through training and coaching and has become a familiar speaker at the national forums focusing on the development of Vietnam labor workforce.
