1572485400The business of European companies is recently affected by the current trade tension between the US and China as well as the complicated issues of the Brexit; which raises the questions of future business development in the Vietnamese market as well as the EU market.
In Vietnam, some of the most frequently asked questions by our clients include those related to the implementation of future free trade agreements in the context of EVFTA, Sino-US Trade Tensions, and the Brexit. In particular, the companies are concerned on how to lower the risk of US sanctions for EU companies by adapting the supply chain and making proper use of FTAs to which Vietnam is a member. Although it has grown more important lately in Vietnam, businesses still express the need to better understand these matters.
In this context, the European companies have more than ever considered:
Please join this event to discuss those issues and share experience about practical cases with SALVA Jean-Marie, the President of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) of France cum Vice President of ICC Customs and Trade Facilitation Committee and DANG Ngoc Huong, Vietnam Country Partner of DS AVOCATS and Arbitrator at PIAC.
Partner at DS AVOCATS, President of the Commission on Customs Regulations and Facilitation of ICC France and Vice-president of the ICC Customs and trade facilitation committee
