My was born in Villeneuve Sur Lot in France; in the south of France near Bordeaux. She was born on the United Nations International Day of Happiness… She believes it’s not a coincidence.
She studied International Business and Japanese at Sorbonne in Paris. She completed her MBA in International Marketing in San Francisco and since then, has enjoyed the taste for cultural challenges. She has worked and lived in the USA, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, New Zealand and Australia. She has relocated to Vietnam after 20 years in Australia. She has held a number of international business development positions. She is trained in Neuroscience, Positive Psychology and Mental Toughness. My specialises in creating positive changes and happiness in various working environments across Australia, Vietnam, New Zealand and the Philippines. Companies and business organisations that have engaged her expertise have seen their employees transformed into a more engaged, highly motivated and more importantly, happier working group.
She organised the first #LinkedinLocal in Vietnam – a worldwide movement with 100 000 people. She is a strong activist in women empowerment and has created Women in leadership program to address women’s work, emotional and life challenges. She is working now on #WOW – Wonderful Ordinary Women – an association to empower women with soft skills to boost confidence. In her free time, she practices Iaido and Kendo, mindfulness, enjoys her family’s company. She is the author of Happiness is the Way (published in English and in Vietnamese) and is working on her second book which will help leaders to tap into Asian wisdom.
