With the amendment of the new Labour Code, the Government has issued Decree 152/2020/ND-CP dated December 30, 2020, on management of foreign workers in Vietnam. Tackling the current issues of work permit for foreigners is of great importance as to maintain and increase quality FDIs. Therefore, taking necessary measures will ensure a sustainable and predictable business environment for foreigners, which is fundamental to attract foreign investment in Vietnam.
