In recognition of upcoming Vietnamese Women's Day, EuroCham and Women in Business Sector Committee are please to invite you to join online training on the prevention of sexual harassment to cover new legal regulations setting out the obligations of employers in respect to sexual harassment, the risks to employers of failing to prevent it and recommended best practices.

Sarah is an experienced lawyer with Tilleke & Gibbins, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Sarah has over 12 years of legal experience, eight of which are in Vietnam with international law firms. Before coming to Vietnam, she practiced as a litigator in Canada where her cases involved issues ranging from corporate fraud to contractual disputes as well as employment related matters.

Consultant on Gender Equality at UN Women
Roos is a human rights lawyer from the Netherlands, working for the United Nations in Vietnam since 2019. One of her main focusses has been to advocate codification of sexual harassment in the workplace in the new Labour Code and its implementing Decree.
