Troy has in excess of more than 30 years property experience across all asset classes having previously practiced in Australia, NZ and the Pacific. He specializes in Strategic Property Consultancy particularly favoring Development Advisory with a valuation background. Troy has advised most major developers in public and private practice in Australia, varying from Airport acquisitions and infrastructure development through to major long term urban renewal programs.
Troy has held Director level positions at several of Australia’s leading property firms, both independent and agency based. He has been an active member as a lecturer, mentor and committee member for many industry representative groups and institutions, including the Australian Property Institute, Property Council of Australia and the Urban Development Institute.

Dzung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Math & Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree in Economics from Ohio State University. Dzung brings an extensive experience in market research in both developed market (United States) and developing markets (China & Vietnam) and a great story of driving team development and management in both onshore and offshore environments.
Dzung joins Nielsen from Mondelez, Kinh Do where he was a CMI Director in 2016. Prior to this, he worked in Nielsen for 5 years, moving from Senior Analyst to Senior Manager.
Le Hoai Tram
Manager at Decision Lab
Tram holds a Master's Degree in Digital Marketing from University of Southampton, UK. She has 6 years combined experience working with consumer data and advertising analytics. She joined Decision Lab in 2016, helping marketers to understand consumers' behaviours in an online environment and their reaction towards digital advertising.
