Gavin Pathross, a seasoned digital leader, currently serves as the Head of Digital and Technology at Heineken Vietnam. His journey has been marked by transformative roles across prominent organizations.
Before joining Heineken, Gavin held the position of Chief Digital Officer at Yum! Brands, where he spearheaded digital strategy and customer experience enhancements for global brands like KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell. His expertise in leveraging technology to drive business growth was instrumental in shaping Yum!'s digital footprint.
Prior to that, Gavin served as a partner at Deloitte Digital, advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation, data analytics, and emerging technologies. His strategic insights and hands-on approach earned him recognition as a thought leader in the industry.
As the Founder and ex-CEO of Ross Digital, Gavin pioneered F&B robotics using collaborative robots (cobots), AI, and computer vision. Ross Digital’s innovations, including robot baristas and automated kitchen processes, revolutionized the food and beverage industry. Now, at Heineken Vietnam, Gavin continues to lead the charge in integrating IoT, advanced data analytics, AI, ML, image recognition, and robotics, making Heineken the most-connected brewer worldwide.
