Speakers
Joaquim Torrinha has been with Eurocham since June 2016, supporting the organisation's cross-departmental management. With more than 10 years of experience in project and stakeholder management, policy analysis, and communications, he was most recently Project Manager of the EU-Indonesia Business Network (Jakarta, 2014-16), having previously worked in Brussels, Lisbon, and Singapore. He holds an MA in European Studies and EU Governance (College of Europe, Belgium) and an MA in Communications (UCP, Portugal).
Jose has been Central Vietnam Delegate for EuroCham Vietnam since November 2016, responsible for advocacy. He is the Legal Representative of Vinh Thanh Investments JSC (Hue Amusement and Beach Park) and Ket Doan Garment Factory. He is also the Vice Honorary Consul of Spain in Danang.
