Since her arrival in Vietnam in 2012 Irene has focused on initiatives that inspire women to find their own paths. She is the co-author of an award winning book on Vietnamese Women Leaders, ‘Ba Trieu’s 21st Century Daughters’, the founding curator of the live event series, the Women’s Storytelling Salon, www.womenstorytellingsalon.co, and a regular speaker on the topic of women leadership. In her business, iglobal – www.iglobal-coaching.com - Irene focuses on preparing future leaders for their next role, and getting people into the mindset to move ahead. She works with individuals and organisations, supporting executives, groups, leaders and emerging leaders through coaching and tailored workshops.

Trang has Finance and Accounting background with the Masters in Banking and Finance from Academy of Finance in Vietnam in 2005. Before joining ICAEW in 2014 as the Head of Vietnam, Trang worked with an international professional body in charge of managing Hanoi Office. She was the Acting Head of Vietnam Office from June 2013 to September 2013 and won the CEO’s award in 2013 for Accountability. She also worked with Ministry of Finance, State Treasury, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) since 1999 after graduated.
Trang has good relationships and lots of experience in dealing with the Vietnam government authorities and other stake holders like the National Assembly, Ministry of Finance, National Financial Supervisory Committee, Ministry of Education and Training, State Audit of Vietnam, other local bodies like Vietnam Association of Accountants and Auditors (VAA), Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA), Vietnam Association of Tax Consultants (VTCA).
She also has good connection with many employers and universities with different level in Vietnam.

With more than 20 years of experience in HR Services & Business Consultancy in Canada, Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Vietnam, Winnie has a solid international network and is being considered one of the leading experts in the Vietnam labor market.

Winnie first arrived in Vietnam in 2005 for Navigos Group and later KCS which became TMF in 2014. Her work took her from Vietnam to China and into the region for various roles from BD to Marketing to green field start-up and integration post acquisition.

Upon completing the KCS/TMF integration in Hong Kong, Winnie returned to Vietnam mid-2015 and has been involved in various start-ups and restructuring projects here.
Winnie is currently the COO of Colliers International in Vietnam and she is an active speaker in the region for HR and Operation subjects. Winnie is past president of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam and has been the General Secretary to the Board for Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam since 2016.
