In her current role of Managing Director for Navigos Search Vietnam, Mai continues to use her strength and experience to lead a team of over 130 consultants to provide companies and individuals with solutions for recruitment needs and career growth. Mai is passionate in growing people through training and coaching and has become a familiar speaker at the national forums focusing on the development of Vietnam labor workforce.

Dr. Vuong has more than 12 years experience in running own business (whole sale and retails) and 2 years working experience in oversea; Dr. Vuong has more than 24 years experience as the Head of HR & Admin functions of multinational companies (Design International, VICT, Vina Star Diamond, Upgain Vietnam, TNS, Cargill, PVD, TIV).
Dr. Vuong has more than 17 years of training and developing for international, local talents, managers and thousands of students in Hochiminh city, Cantho city, and Hanoi.
Dr. Vuong had five year as facilitator of Achieve Global (based in in Philippines ; facilitator of Empower KG Training (based in Canada); facilitator of TJS Consulting, (based in Singapore).
Currently Dr. Vuong is holding the position of the Head of Human Resources of Triumph International Vietnam and participating as the lecturer of MBA program for Open University Malaysia, for Lincoln University, for Bankok University which associate with HUTECH university in Ho Chi Minh city.
