Nicolas is EuroCham Co-Chair since October 2017, having been a member of its Executive Committee since 2014, with particular involvement in the preparation of the White Book and advocacy on behalf of foreign investors to the Vietnamese authorities. Member of the Paris Bar, Nicolas Audier is an attorney with 20 years of experience in the ASEAN Region and Vietnam in particular. He has been working in Vietnam since 1995 and was head of a leading international law firm in Vietnam from 1995 to 2008, before establishing Audier & Partners, which now has offices in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Ulan Bator and Yangon. He is special trade advisor on Vietnam for the French MFA since 1999, having been honored (“Bang Khen”) by the Vietnamese Minister of Justice in recognition of his substantial contribution to the development of Vietnam’s legal system, one of three lawyers to ever receive this distinction.

Sarah co-leads the EuroCham Human Resources and Training Sector Committee since mid-2018. She is a Canadian-trained lawyer registered with the Department of Justice in Vietnam with over 10 years of professional experience in legal services. Sarah has been based in Vietnam for approximately five years, working as an employment lawyer. She has expertise on contentious employment matters such as dismissals and the negotiation of separation agreements, as well as non-contentious matters such as the drafting of employment contracts, internal labour regulations, service agreements and consultancy agreements. Sarah also advises on employment issues in relation to global asset and share transactions.

Vincent came to Vietnam in early 2016 and opened our office in Saigon. Since then, we´re expanding in many directions and work closely together with Vietnamese food producers. As of today, we´re mainly buying canned and frozen fish/fruits and vegetables from all over Vietnam for European customers and our own factories. The EVNFTA was the inital reason why we came to Vietnam.
The reduction and elimination of tariffs will increase our business and European demand for Vietnamese products will grow.
