Nicolas is EuroCham Co-Chair since October 2017, having been a member of its Executive Committee since 2014, with particular involvement in the preparation of the White Book and advocacy on behalf of foreign investors to the Vietnamese authorities.

Member of the Paris Bar, Nicolas Audier is an attorney with 20 years of experience in the ASEAN Region and Vietnam in particular. He has been working in Vietnam since 1995 and was head of a leading international law firm in Vietnam from 1995 to 2008, before establishing Audier & Partners, which now has offices in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Ulan Bator and Yangon. He is special trade advisor on Vietnam for the French MFA since 1999, having been honored (“Bang Khen”) by the Vietnamese Minister of Justice in recognition of his substantial contribution to the development of Vietnam’s legal system, one of three lawyers to ever receive this distinction.

Rowan has extensive experience in the practical implementation of solutions for biopolymers ranging from organic waste management, the applications of composted organics and soil amendments for improvements in soil health, use of biodegradable mulch film and the merging of these two applications for improving sustainability in horticulture and agriculture.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in Asia Pacific in the agricultural, packaging, mining and general manufacturing industries, in roles spanning marketing, sales and operations with local and multinational corporations.

1. President, the Australasian Bioplastics Association, the peak industry body for the Bioplastics industry across ANZ and with global affiliations in Europe, the US and Asia.
2. Executive Secretary, Pan Pacific Bioplastics Alliance, the joint Industry Association representing Industry bodies from Europe, North America, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, India, China, Taiwan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
3. Board Member and Director, Australian Organics Recycling

Mr. Lieberg, born 1963, holding German and Estonian citizenship, speaks fluently five languages, and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Munchen (Germany) in Development Policy Planning, a M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology, and a B.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences.
Besides working for other multilateral organizations (World Bank, European Commission, UNDP, IFAD, WFP and others), Mr. Lieberg has since 1988 been rendering services continuously to FAO through a long series of assignments for a variety of Departments and in over fifty (50) different countries of Asia, Africa and Latin-America. Beyond his conceptual, managerial and technical capacity, Mr. Lieberg has gained solid knowledge of UN policies and procedures over the last two decades and is highly experienced in inter-agency cooperation and negotiations with governments and bi/multi-lateral development partners/donors.
For the past twenty years Mr. Lieberg has been working exclusively as Team-Leader and Senior Advisor on a series of high-level UN assignments - at the country as well as at the corporate level - and leading multi-disciplinary teams of national and international staff/consultants on partially complex and delicate missions. The focus of his assignments has been centred on rural/agricultural development strategy/policy and programme planning - including analysis, formulation and evaluation of frameworks, programmes and projects - with particular emphasis on poverty alleviation and income generation, food security and sustainable livelihoods, investment for development, post-conflict/post-disaster emergency/rehabilitation and related transition towards sustainable development, and multi-agency and United Nations Joint Programming.

Mr. Andreatta has been in the EuroCham Executive Committee since 2011 and is the Chairman of EuroCham’s Green Growth Sector Committee. He is the Chief Representative in Indochina for Intesa Sanpaolo since 2008, after a 20-year career in banking and finance in Europe, the Americas and Asia. As representative of the EuroCham Green Growth Sector Committee, he is firmly convinced that Vietnam can choose a more sustainable path to growth, in which European firms can be of substantial support. He points out that one crucial condition for the adoption of a green strategy in Vietnam is the availability of sources of financing from the private sector.

Dr. Ramkumar Dhruva was born in India 1968. In 1996 he earned a Ph.D. in Organic Synthesis, Photo & Electro Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He was a research chemist in Polymer Dispersions Laboratory in BASF AG, Ludwigshafen, Germany when he joined BASF.

He has more than 20 years of operation experience in Polyurethanes, Coatings Solutions, Functional Polymers and Adhesives & Construction. In addition, he has held a number of senior roles in Hong Kong, India and Japan. Currently, he is the President of South & East Asia, ASEAN & Australia/New Zealand at BASF East Asia Regional Headquarters Ltd., Hong Kong.

Mr. Pham Anh Duong was a founder and Director of Anh Hai Duy Ltd (precursor of An Phat Plastic & Green Environment JSC) in 2007.

From 2017 till now, he is the Chairman of An Phat Plastic & Green Environment JSC and An Phat Holdings JSC - one of the leading companies in producing plastic thin-film package all over Vietnam and South East Asia. Nowadays, A n Phat Holdings is truly and completely confident with the competence and competitive advantages to step into a whole new stage with so many projects focusing on environmentally-friendly package, high-tech plastic resin, chemicals and additives, artificial polyester, plastic input, etc.

Working in Vietnam since 1996, Fanny Quertamp has conducted several research and cooperation projects in the fields of urban studies. During her 20 years in Vietnam, she managed projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, in partnership with Vietnamese scientific institutions and local authorities. Her first major project, which started in 1996, aimed to establish an Atlas of Hanoi (published in 2001). Graduated from the University of Bordeaux, she defended her Ph.D. in Geography with a dissertation on The Peri-urbanization process of Hanoi: Analysis of the Vietnamese transition in Vietnam in 2003. From 2001 to 2009, in partnership with IRD and different cooperation programs, her research then focused on urban amenities in Hanoi, Hai Phong and Nam Dinh (PRUD, 2006), middle size city urbanization process, Vietnam demographic and urban profile, and urban transportation in Hanoi (IMV-Institut des Métiers de la Ville). She started working in Ho Chi Minh City in 2006 through a research program in social sciences on urbanization: in partnership with CEFURDS and IRD, she researched the impact of the urbanization process in Ho Chi Minh City’s and Can Tho’s rural-urban fringes (FSP, 2009). From 2009 to 2017, Fanny was the Co-director of PADDI (HCMC Urban Development Management Support Centre) and based in Ho Chi Minh City. Within the framework of the decentralized cooperation between the Rhone-Alpes Region, Lyon city and Ho Chi Minh City, she had developed training courses, technical assistance, and research activities in various aspects of urban studies (e.g. transport, urban planning, land use, and housing, urban amenities, governance, and heritage).

As Senior Advisor, she is implementing in Vietnam the Programme "Reducing plastic waste and marine litter in East and South East Asia – supporting a transition to a circular economy in the region", which is jointly co-financed by the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany and managed by GIZ and Expertise France (2019-2022).

In the past, Lecturer at University for Peace in Costa Rica (UPeace); The Hague University (The Netherlands); American International University; BRAC University (Bangladesh).
