Raymond has more than three decades experience engaging with and learning about economic development, integration and sustainability issues in Asia and the Pacific. Engagement with regional economic groupings (ASEAN, RCEP and the GMS initiative) has provided him opportunities to work with, and learn form, leading thinkers in Asia.
As part-time economic advisor to Viet Nam’s research and planning agencies and regional institutions in Asia, he advised on economic development planning and policies, and regulatory, trade and investment reforms. He also conducts periodic briefings for major international corporations investing in Southeast Asia, including briefings for CEOs and board members.
