Lead Economist and Program Leader at World Bank Vietnam
Jacques Morisset is the World Bank’s Lead Economist and Program Leader for Vietnam where he coordinates Bank’s work on macroeconomics, trade, finance, agriculture, poverty and public-sector reforms.
After receiving his PhD in economics from the University of Geneva, he has held various positions at the World Bank and IFC, while collaborating with the World Economic Forum. He has led or co-led lending operations worth over US$2 billion and advised governments on a wide spectrum of economic areas from financial markets, investment promotion, fiscal and tax policies to labor markets.

ROUSSELET
Country Manager at BNP Paribas Vietnam
Olivier Rousselet has been with BNP Paribas for 32 years. He began his banking career in 1989 in the representative Office of the bank in Beijing. Since then, Olivier’s career with BNP Paribas spanned a wide range of management assignments in Paris and in Greater China region where he spent 24 years (Hong Kong, then China, then Taiwan). Olivier was Country Manager of BNP Paribas Taiwan for 12 years before being appointed Country Manager of BNP Paribas Vietnam in 2019.
