Dugie Cameron has worked in the education industry for 30 years, including 25 years at Pearson, where he was most recently, President of Pearson Asia Pacific. In his seven years as President, Dugie led the transformation of the company’s position in China, as well as the refocusing of Pearson’s business across 17 countries. He is now a Director of Dragonfly Education Group. Drawing on his experience in education publishing as well as teaching and coaching, he will discuss how to maximize the abilities and talents of your employees and also the ways in which adult education and training is evolving.
