Dr. Zitelmann founded the company Dr. ZitelmannPB GmbH which he developed into Germany’s leading PR consultancy focused on real estate, leveraging his time as section editor at the real estate desk at the German daily Die Welt. He then turned knowledge and experience into wealth, investing company profits into multi-family real estate in Berlin. He holds doctorate degrees in both History and Sociology and has become a global leader in academic wealth research. He has written twenty-five books, many of which have achieved success worldwide. In August 2022 he published his second book in Vietnam, “The Wealth Elite.” In late September 2022, he will publish his third book in Vietnam, “The Rich in Public Opinion.”

Mr. Ludwig is a former diplomat with more than 40 years of experience. Aside from various assignments at the German Foreign Office, he used to work at the Embassies in Athens, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur and Algiers. From 2000-2003 he was delegated to the German Chancellor’s Office as Director and Advisor for Asia, Africa, Latin America and Middle East. Subsequently, he served as Ambassador in Vietnam, the Philippines and Myanmar. Since 2017, he lives in Hanoi as an independent business advisor and author. In 2021, he published his first book in German language: “Aussendienst-Eine undiplomatische Zeitreise”(In the field-an undiplomatic time travel). Since 2022, he is a member of the EuroCham Advisory Committee.
