HOW CULTURE IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO BUSINESS PERFORMANCE AND HOW TO BUILD OR CHANGE A COMPANY CULTURE
We hear a lot of talk about corporate culture…but what exactly is it? In addition to defining what corporate culture is, this presentation will show how culture is directly related to business performance and how to build or change a company culture. The presentation will also highlight the various ways in which Human Resources Professionals can work with other senior executives in building a desired culture. As a special feature, the workshop will examine the impact culture has on corporate mergers and acquisitions. Only about 25% of all mergers and acquisitions attain their desired financial or strategic objectives and research shows that the clash of cultures between partner companies, if properly managed, can contribute to M&A success.
