Zacharie Blondeau has worked in Southeast Asia for more than 10 years in the field of logistics, sourcing and supply chain. In 2017, after fulfilling his mission as Business Developer Sourcing in Legendre (one of the leading transportation and logistics companies in France), he started his new journey in Source of Asia as Sourcing Director/Operations Director and has been managing over 20 experts in his team for the past years.
As an Operation Director at Source of Asia, Zacharie is responsible for optimizing business development, partnerships, and networking with international customers. His dual role as a Sourcing Director also enables him to cover all the activities of supplier network expansion, market evolutions analysis, and customer productions management.
Zacharie is now a longtime member of Globallians (a leading organization for international networking) and OSCI, a federation of international trade entrepreneurs.
Tra Le
Business Development and Partnerships Manager at SOURCE OF ASIA
Graduated from the Toulouse Business School with a Master Degree in Marketing Management & Services, Ms. Tra Le has spent 11 years studying and working in France. After acquiring significant working experience, Ms Tra decided to return to Vietnam to take off her career with her knowledge of cross-cultural mindset and in-depth market understanding.
Prior to being the Business Development and Partnership Manager at Source of Asia, Ms Tra Le has already possessed extensive experience in market research and market expansion strategy in both agency and client’s side, from MNC to NGO/NPO.
With a critical- thinking mindset and 15 years of experience, Ms. Tra Le consistently demonstrates her strong expertise & commitment in supporting international and now Vietnamese companies in their journey to market expansion: both in the EU and the Asia Pacific region.

Minh Nguyen has over 10 years commercial and industrial property experience in the Vietnam market both in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi and has been involved in the full spectrum of services including industrial/ office/ residential leasing, project marketing, site study and real estate market consultancy. Minh joined BW Industrial Development JSC in 2018 as now is leading all leasing and customer services activities of BW’s projects in South region of Vietnam. While his focus is commercial leasing activities, he is involved in the building operation and management, yearly business plan and financial planning.
