Annica Witschard

Annica has a background in customer experience and in digital from leading business both in the Nordics and now in Asia. She spent over 15 years in GE Capital most recently as the CEO of GE Capital Bank Nordics. She joined Home Credit in 2016 as CEO in the Philippines and grew the business to become the local leader within the consumer finance market. Since 2020 Annica is leading Home Credit in Vietnam.

Kenneth Atkinson, OBE

Kenneth has over 25 years of ownership and leadership experience, including emerging market experience and over 25 years Asian experience. He started his career in banking focused on corporate lending, project finance and loan restructuring. I was assigned the position of General Director of a Deposit Taking subsidiary in Hong Kong and then managed the negotiation and syndication for the first project financing in the PRC in 1979/80 for the Great Wall Sheraton Hotel. After 14 years he set up his own consultancy business advising clients on developing and funding projects in the PRC and Vietnam, with some experience in Thailand and Philippines. and my clients included Nordic Bank PLC, Postipannki, Sara Hotels, SAS International hotels and others. This evolved and relocated to Vietnam in 1989 where he affiliated with and became a member form of Grant Thornton International. Until 2019 he was an equity Partner and founding shareholder with Grant Thornton Vietnam running the Corporate Finance and Consulting divisions and 2004 to 2014 as Managing Partner. He has gained a lot of experience in the Private Equity, Real Estate and the Tourism and Hospitality sectors having worked for owners, developers and operators on a consultancy basis.

Tuyen (Kelly) Vo Ngoc

Vo Ngoc Tuyen (Kelly) is the Founder & CEO of Dear Our Community, an impact-driven company providing content and training on social impact targeting the youth in Vietnam.

Tuyen has more than 10 years of experience working in both business and the nonprofit sector. At her previous job at LIN Center, she used to consult companies and individuals on philanthropy, CSR, and social impact engagement in Vietnam. She also worked with media partners, experts, and corporate and nonprofit leaders to develop multi-channel content that raises awareness of the public and business communities about philanthropy, CSR, and Sustainability topics. In addition, she often speaks at universities to inspire the students on giving back and social impact activities.

Tuyen is also an alumnus of the YSEALI Professional Fellows Program cohort 2020 - Civic engagement theme funded by the U.S State Department.

Michael Kokalari

Michael Kokalari is residing in Vietnam for more than 12 years and is the Chief Economist of VinaCapital. Michael was a derivatives trader in Tokyo & London where he ran multi-billion-dollar trading books for JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse First Boston, Lehman Brothers, and Paribas. He holds Masters Degree in Business, Engineering, and Mathematics from Stanford University, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Harvard Business School.

Matthew Lourey

Matthew is a qualified accountant who has resided in Vietnam for more than 18 years. Matthew leads Acclime Vietnam, which provides market entry, compliance, accounting, payroll and tax advisory to foreign investors in Vietnam, through its offices in HCMC, Hanoi and Danang. He has extensive experience working in Australia for Big 4 accounting firms and investment funds, and since residing in Vietnam Matthew has spent much of his time advising foreign investors on successfully undertaking business in Vietnam, corporate investment transactions, market entry and corporate finance.

Winnie Lam

With more than 25 years of management experience in Canada, Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Vietnam, Winnie Lam has a solid international network, deep local insights and is considered one of the leading experts in the Vietnam market. She has rich knowledge and experience in operation efficiency, change management, risk management and governance, and is equally experienced as a P&L manager having been in positions of Country Head and General Director for various organizations. She successfully built and led multiple projects on restructuring and reorganization while sustaining a strong community presence and is a regular speaker in the region on HR, compliance, and operation subjects.
