Jan leads Deloitte’s Semiconductor consulting practice in Southeast Asia. Prior to Deloitte, he led PwC’s supply chain and operations consulting team in Hong Kong, as well as holding various operations and engineering roles in the semiconductor industry, including process development, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain.

Jan has over 20 years of experience leading projects in semiconductors, semiconductor capital equipment, outsourced manufacturing, and electronics assembly and test. His client work spans operations transformations, R&D, new product and process development, strategy development, and supply chain management.

Jan holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management

Tom is the Country Tax Leader of Deloitte Vietnam. Tom is one of Vietnam’s most experienced tax specialists, having advised a wide range of businesses both international and domestic on all areas of Vietnamese taxation for over a decade. Tom has over 30 years’ international tax experience.
Tom has extensive experience in the areas of tax compliance, tax planning and advisory for multinational investors in a diverse range of industries in Vietnam from consumer goods, energy & resources, manufacturing and distribution, financial services to media, information technology and real estate.
Tom is heavily involved in tax policy in Vietnam and contributing to the development of Vietnam’s tax regime, through a number of forums including in his role as Chairman of the Taxation Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.
Tom is included in the 2022 Guide to the World’s Leading Tax Advisers and is recognized as a Vietnam Indirect Tax Leader by International Tax Review in 2022. Tom is licensed to practice as a foreign lawyer in Vietnam.
