He had PhD degree in Organic Chemistry in 1991 at University Kaiserslautern in Germany and joined Aventis Lyon France and Bayer Monheim Germany as Project Manager in 2001. With 27 year experience in chemical laboratory , Thomas would like to share the importance of innovative and sustainable farming approaches and new approaches including digital farming technology

Managing Director of Fresh StudioSiebe van Wijk is the founder and owner of Fresh Studio (www.freshstudio.vn). Siebe is a Dutch national who has been living in Vietnam for fourteen years. In the past eleven years, Fresh Studio developed into the leading consulting and R&D firm in Southeast Asia for the sourcing and marketing of sustainable food. With 80 staff, four offices in Vietnam, one office in Myanmar, three applied R&D farms and one consumer FoodLab, Fresh Studio has been making its clients successful in Southeast Asia.
