Nguyen Viet Ha is a Vietnam qualified lawyer and a partner of Lexcomm Vietnam LLC with more than 25 years of legal practice.
Ha is highly regarded for his transactional experience in the practice areas of technology, media and telecoms (TMT), infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital markets. Ha has been advising on the privatisations in the post and telecommunications sector since 2003. He appears frequently before Vietnamese regulatory authorities and large-scale State-owned groups such as the Ministry of Information and Communication, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Transport, EVN and VNPT Group.
