EuroCham invites its Corporate Partners' top representatives to gather for a unique discussion on Authentic Leadership and a very exclusive networking event by the Saigon River.
This is a unique round table discussion for C-level business leaders and high level management on past and current leadership challenges in Vietnam.
The session will approach questions such as:
- What is Authentic Leadership?
- Why leaders struggle with authenticity?
- Does authenticity make us vulnerable?
- How do we stay true to ourselves as leaders while meeting others’ expectations?
- The authenticity paradox in a multicultural, multilayered world.

Denis Brunetti
Co-Chairman at EuroCham VietnamDenis is the President of Ericsson Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos since 2017, having been its Vice President since 2008. He is EuroCham Co-Chair since March 2018. Denis has been with Ericsson for a number of years, having practiced as an executive leader in the CMVL region, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Sweden and Australia. He has held a broad range of senior leadership roles, both involved in complex strategic initiatives and Government relations and partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and Management degrees from the London Business School and Boston University, USA.

Executive Director of EuroChamAlmut has been in Vietnam for nearly 8 year and has been leading the EuroCham secretariat since March 2015. Previously, she was based in Hanoi where she managed the national representation of Xella, a German sustainable building solutions provider between 2010-2015. Before, she worked in consultancy and management positions in several companies Europe (Austria, Germany, and Ireland) and China.

Director of Dragonfly Education GroupMr. Cameron has worked in the education industry for 30 years, including 25 years at Pearson and, most recently, as President of Pearson Asia Pacific. In his seven years as President, Mr. Cameron led the transformation of the company’s position in China as well as the refocusing of Pearson’s business across 17 countries.
Prior to that, he was a driving force behind several highly successful product launches. Mr. Cameron has served as director on the boards of more than 10 international joint ventures. He has experience in education publishing from his time working at Harper Collins, as well as experience in the classroom when he got his start in the field as an English teacher in Italy.
My Holland
CEO of EQ at Happiness QuotientMy Holland combines her academic background (MBA, MA) from the USA and France with her qualifications in Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology and Mental Toughness. Born in France from Vietnamese parents, she is mostly based in Australia and is currently settling in Vietnam. She is driven to help corporates to be productive and efficient in an effective and caring environment. She is a certified coach (Executive, EQ and Positive Psychology), corporate trainer and consultant, and understands business culture. My uses the latest academic applied research to help workplaces to thrive as positive organizations. She is specialized in developing optimal performance with individuals, teams and organizations by boosting engagement and positivity. Throughout her work she values authenticity and personal energy. My published her first book “Happiness is the Way” in 2016, with her second book - centred on raising awareness about effective authentic leadership - now underway. Some of her clients include: EY, RMIT Vietnam, XN Protel, Fusion Maia, PwC, Leighton Holdings, Macquarie University, NSW Health, Randstadt, TAFE, Westpac and others.
