In a recent study, it was found that 85% of our financial success was due to skills in "human engineering", personality, and ability to communicate, negotiate, and lead. They found that only 15% was due to technical ability (Carnegie Institute of Technology).

Born in France from Vietnamese parents, she has recently relocated from Australia to Vietnam. She is a certified coach (Executive, EQ and Positive Psychology), corporate trainer and consultant. My uses the latest academic applied research to help workplaces to thrive as positive organizations. Her book “Happiness is the Way” (2016) is available on Amazon and the Vietnamese version will be launched in October in Ho Chi Minh City. Some of her clients include: EY, RMIT Vietnam, XN Protel, Fusion Maia, PwC, Leighton Holdings, Macquarie University, NSW Health, Randstadt, TAFE, Westpac and others.
