Mr. Phan Dinh Tham is currently the Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Sonadezi Corporation Board of Management, and General Director of the Sonadezi Corporation from February 02, 2016. As a leader with extensive experience in management, he previously held the positions of General Director of Sonadezi Long Binh JSC and Deputy General Director of Sonadezi Corporation, managing the construction, investment and development infrastructure of industrial parks.

Hung has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Commercial Law and demonstrates solid analytical and people management skills. He is currently working in BPO industry where he brings his experience in various market segments. In the public community, he worked to assist the programs for workers known as “Better Work”, a collaboration between the International Labour Organization (ILO) and International Finance Corporation (IFC) for employees to perform their work with safety, productivity and understanding the importance of labor discipline.

Ngoc is a Global Employee Services (“GES”) specialist in Vietnam with more than 12 years of experience. With extensive knowledge and practical experience in this area, Ngoc is handling Personal Income Tax and Payroll as well as Immigration services for many of Deloitte's key clients. Ngoc’s has a proven advisory track record on Personal Income tax matters and tax planning for multinational companies and their executive members across industries. Ngoc also acts as a key member of Deloitte Vietnam's core- controversy team.

Christopher has more than 8 years of experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance, Technology and Data Risk. Before joining Vietnam, Christopher was based in France where he served multinational companies mainly in the Energy, Manufacturing and Retail industries. He has been successful in driving advisory services within complex environments, located in multiple countries and managing teams from different nationalities. He also gives coaching and training to Internal Audit departments on IT risks and controls.

Brian is part VGU's senior management and also EuroCham Southeastern Vietnam Delegate for Community Building. In addition, Brian is the Chair of the Education and Training Working Group of the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF), and a founding member of the International Project Management Association of Vietnam (IPMAV). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Brian has been working in Vietnam for over 17 years in higher education, management consulting including business coaching, and corporate training. His work has been for clients coming from many parts of Vietnam and also countries such as Australia, Canada, Germany, India, Ireland, Korea, Singapore, South Africa, the UK, and the US. He has extensive experience in higher education and launched Vietnam’s first 100% foreign MBA program in Vietnam in 2003. Brian’s experience in higher education also includes launching and managing a number of business programs and lecturing in MBA and Bachelor programs for Australian, British, French, and Swiss Universities and Business Schools.

Sathish Kumar Somuraj was appointed General Director of TÜV SÜD Vietnam in 2012. He currently oversees TÜV SÜD Group’s entire operations in Vietnam. Prior to his current position, Sathish was Senior General Manager at TÜV SÜD South Asia, having been instrumental to the expansion of the company's Softlines business in India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. With over 20 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Marketing & Quality of Testing, Inspections and Audit Services, he was heavily involved in TÜV SÜD’s Service Scope Establishment covering 5 Testing Laboratories, Inspections, Audit and Certification Services in Vietnam. He holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree from Bangalore University, India with a specialisation in Textile Technology.

Alex has been EuroCham Southeastern Vietnam Delegate since 2017. He leads Fischer Asia's operations based in Binh Duong, having been with the company in Vietnam since 2012, and as its Managing Director since 2013. Previously, he worked in the UK for Naturana Dolker and completed his studies in International Business in Germany (U. Karlsruhe) and Mexico ((U. Monterrey).

Christoph Schill has substantial expertise in finance and banking, human resources, project management, and consultancy since 1996. He is also a BELUXCHAM Board Member and a EuroCham Executive Committee member. In Vietnam since 2010, Christoph is an organizational development & product innovation consultant. He worked in EuroCham Vietnam as a Project Manager before taking on his current role as Green Growth Consultant and Chief Representative at Pracsis South East Asia, a Brussels-based EU service provider.
