Christina Ameln is a Senior Advisor and Founder of Ameln & Co. - a CSR / Sustainability consultancy and project management company working with both local and international companies and organisations. Prior to running her consultancy, Christina most recently led the CSR arm in the sustainability department of the Swedish hygiene and forestry company SCA. She was also one the initial employees to build-up not-for-profit organisation Global Business Coalition (GBC), working with companies on health issues.

Christina completed a BBA in European Management at Kent and an MBA from Nottingham University with a CSR focus She sits on the Board of LIN Center for Community Development in Vietnam. Through her writing, she lifts and brings CSR/Sustainability insights from the region to the forefront and on a lighter note is a self-published author of the Aya & Bobby illustrated children's books on travel and discovery.

Elisa Fernandez is the Head of Office for UN Women in Vietnam since 2017. Prior to this assignment, she served for 5 years as Chief for UN Women’s Fund for Gender Equality based New York, where she managed a grant-making mechanism supporting women’s economic and political empowerment initiatives worldwide – a total portfolio of US $64 million dollars’ worth of grants among 125 programmes in 80 countries. Ms. Fernandez has been working with UN Women (former UNIFEM) since 1997, first as a Programme Specialist for the Latin America and the Caribbean Region, and later as Manager for global programmes on issues related to gender and aid effectiveness and financing for gender equality. Before joining UN Women, Elisa worked for 8 years at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington DC.

Miss Felicitas Huong Friedrich currently serves as the CSR Delegate and Education Manager for Schneider Electric Vietnam. She lives since 2013 in Vietnam and worked in different Management positions across industries like Textile, IT and Furniture.

Schneider Electric is leading the digital transformation of Energy Management and Automation and believes that access reliable, safe, efficient and sustainable energy is a human right. Part of this mission is to provide training for disadvantaged youth in the Energy Management and Automation sector, in collaboration with Universities and other organizations. Schneider Electric Vietnam works closely with all stakeholders to support the training center with equipment and knowledge. Miss Felicitas Huong is managing the overall program and ensures its smooth running and long-term success.

Joshua James is the Head of Corporate Delivery at British University Vietnam and Co-Chair of the Human Resources and Training Sector Committee of Eurocham. He brings ten years’ experience working in the fields of management, education, training and human capital development across Canada, Malaysia and Vietnam.
Joshua holds master’s degrees in education management as well as Business Administration and is a former member of Eurocham’s Board of Directors. Joshua is also a member of the leadership team of British University Vietnam’s International Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching, working with an international team to enhance the expertise of educators in Vietnam.

Johanna is passionate about the results, brands, humanity, customers, cross-scientific insights and co-wisdom.
She has been in charge of Finnair’s Marketing and Customer Loyalty department for 5 years. In this capacity, she builds and executes the strategy to generate Finnair’s positive brand perception and revenue growth. Her work includes global marketing activities, growing partnerships, and managing customer relationship building through data, personalisation, brand engagement and Finnair’s loyalty program.
