Trang Bui is the General Manager of Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam, a global real estate services firm that delivers exceptional value for real estate occupiers and owners. In this role, she oversees management and business activities across the market and drives strategic initiatives for the Vietnam office to enhance business development and transaction opportunities.

Trang has over 16 years of extensive commercial real estate advisory experience ranging from office leasing services, brokerage, tenant advisory, retail development, capital markets, industrial and logistics. She is an active keynote speaker in real estate conferences in Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, China, and the United States.

Tran Huynh is a property specialist with over two decades of notable experience in Vietnam’s real estate market. Her expertise spans multiple real estate sectors, including industrial, commercial, and residential. She specializes in financial modeling and deal structuring for real estate, with a proven record of successful executions. Since 2007, she has assisted over $1B of FDI in property M&A deals.

Prior to joining KCN Vietnam, Tran was the Deputy CEO of BWID JSC, where she established and led the investment team on large-scale industrial deals and acquisitions. Tran has served for over 15 years in various senior leadership positions at large multinational companies in Vietnam, such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Savills, CBRE, & Mapletree.

Outside of her professional achievements, Tran is particularly interested in sustainability and gender equity and looks forward to integrating them into industry practices. She is a mother, a Qigong practitioner, and is enthusiastic about meditation and mindfulness.

She has spent 15 years working in Saigon Newport Corporation ( SNP) - the leading container terminal operator and logistic provider in Vietnam. As a Vice Marketing Director of SNP, she has joined the teams of studying and developing Tan Cang - Cai Mep deep sea project as well as other projects to develop container terminals and logistics facilities and services of Saigon Newport and improve the service quality. She is the team leader of the Marketing of SNP to develop the SNP’s market in the North of
Vietnam.

She is one member of the E-port Management Team of SNP which has done successfully the online formalities and payment in SNP’s system of terminal, especially the E.D.O (Electronic Delivery Order) applied in Cat Lai Terminal since 2020 has been highly appreciated in the Covid time. She is also the member of the Green Port Development Management Board of SNP and Green Port team of Vinamarine who has a lot of plans and actions to protect the environment as well as minimize the waste and pollution at terminals and logistic facilities in Vietnam.

She has Master Degree in Marketing & Administration.

Marco has over 24 years of experience in the Asia region, working in general management roles as well as various senior commercial roles. Currently, Marco is the CEO of JAS in China, a global freight forwarding and logistics company, and leads all facets of China’s operations, consisting of 18 branch offices, 40,000 sqm of logistics footprint, and over 800 employees.

Marco’s previous role was Area Managing Director for Maersk Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. Prior to that, Marco was leading the Fashion sector development in Asia for Panalpina and has been responsible for the country commercial organization of Panalpina Japan. In addition to Japan, Marco lived and worked in Italy, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Australia.

Marco is Italian and speaks several languages, including Japanese and elementary Chinese. He received an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney and a Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the Cranfield School of Management in UK. Pursuing his passion for talent’s development, Marco develops proficient skills in coaching after receiving a Certificate in Organizational Coaching from IECL by GrowthOps in Singapore.

Thu Le's extensive management experience, proven leadership skills and strong commercial customer orientation gained from global logistics companies in Vietnam.
Thu Le has more than 17 years experience in logistics field. She starts her logistics career at a young age at DHL Express as the Global Account Manager. It did not take long for her great work and success to be recognized by other major companies such as TNT Express where she took the role of Country Key Account Manager. Her strong commercial and leadership skills led her then to become the Country Sales & Marketing Manager of global logistics players such as JAS, Geodis and Panalpina. Up from that point, Thu Le was well known in the market for extensive business growth and major achievements. Before joining Tin Nghia, she was the CEO of the Chinese logistics giant S.F Express Vietnam & Cambodia.
She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Maastricht School of Management in The Netherlands.

Quang Do is the man responsible for the company’s expansion since 2013 from a small start-up to its current leading position in Green Building market of Vietnam. He has more than 10 year’s experience in Project Management and is the first Client PM in Vietnam who leads a LEED gold office building (President Place).
He served as Vice President of Green Architecture Club of HCMC for 5 successive years. Well respected within the industry, Quang has frequently been invited to speak at events in Vietnam to share his insights on LEED Certification.
