With a dynamic economy and for tax revenue control purposes, replacing paper invoicing with e-invoicing is a certain trend in Vietnam. In time, new regulations on the use of e-invoice will be compulsory requirement for all enterprises on and after 01 November 2020.
This seminar will provide you with an understanding of what are written in Decree No. 119/2018/ND-CP (Degree 119), the compliance requirements and the implications on the implementers.
We will discuss what your business shall prepare to become e-invoice compliant; and the current concerns of other businesses when starting to move the paper invoices to e-invoices.

Prior joining to RSM Vietnam (for 15 years), Lam has been with one of the Big 4 in Vietnam, Malaysia and Australia for 11 years, advising many multinational com-panies on their investment structuring, entry strategies, foreign investment regulations, international and local tax planning and compliance.
Lam is currently in charge of RSM Vietnam’s tax and consulting practice providing local tax and customs compliance, outsourcing and advisory services to foreign investors entering into and operating Vietnam. He has also represented various companies and industries in their representations to local authorities in matters relating to foreign investment and taxation policies and interpretations.
Lam is lecturing in Accounting, Tax, Risk and Business Management and related subjects for ACCA (F6), CPA Australia, VTCA, VACPA and Bolton University.
