The Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Environment (iSEE), a NGO working for the advancement of human rights in Vietnam, with a focus on LGBTI issues. iSEE is a major facilitator of the LGBTI movement: building community to be resilient and capable, creating knowledge and connecting stakeholders in the public and private sector to advance LGBTI rights in country through advocacy and social campaign for topics such as same-sex marriage (the Law on Marriage and Family) and transgender people’s right to gender recognition (the Civil Code). From 2017, Phong has also been the Secretary of the Hanoi Pride Organizing Committee - a working group of more than 10 organizations working for LGBT rights in Hanoi coming together annually to organize the biggest Pride celebration in Vietnam.

Alexander is an entrepreneur that has build and lead companies in the USA, The Netherlands and Poland. Currently he is setting up a support organisation for the hospitality industry with a focus on Marketing and sales in Vietnam. Having lead a wide range of companies from production to sales and marketing with customers is 54 countries he is an avid believer of an inclusive company culture. Teams preform better if the members of a team feel secure and appreciated for who they are and building these high performance teams does not have to be difficult. It starts by realising that each member of the team has something different to add and the difference is what makes a team stronger and more agile.

Trang joined Deloitte Vietnam since 2004. She is currently
leading Human Resources and Learning functions of
Deloitte in Vietnam:
- Being a member of Deloitte Southeast Asia Talent committee
- Designing talent strategy for talent management and development of Deloitte Vietnam
- Managing the operation of Human Resources and Learning function including recruitment, compensation and benefit, labor legal advice, performance management, talent retention and development, succession, planning.
- Working with function leaders at strategic level on the design of HR
policies and programs to support business operation
- Champion of Innovation of the firm

Joshua James is Co-Chair of the Human Resources and Training Sector Committee of Eurocham and the Head of Corporate Delivery at British University Vietnam. He also manages the University’s recently launched International Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching, which provides international standard training and professional development to educators in Vietnam. He is an active advocate for inclusive working environments, and his work focuses on creating quality education and training to prepare an agile and skilled labour force in Vietnam. He holds master’s degrees in Education Management as well as Business Administration and is a former member of Eurocham’s Board of Directors
