Thuy Hang Nguyen is a Principal with Baker McKenzie and head of the Employment and Labor and Compliance & Investigations practice in Vietnam. She is also regularly involved in M&A, compliance, corporate and commercial matters. In the employment and labor law practice, Hang particularly focuses on employment aspects of M&A transactions and corporate restructuring, white collar crimes and employment issues in relation to senior executive and managers, global migration and executive mobility, employment and labor issues in global trade and supply chain management.

Khuat Van Trung has been with Baker McKenzie since April 2012, with his main practice focus on labor and employment, dispute resolution, corporate compliance and investigation. In addition, his practice also covers general corporate and various areas of the law affecting the day-to-day operation of business entities. He has published articles, and frequently presented at seminars on labor and employment law issues in Vietnam. He is accredited mediators at the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in London since March 2018 and the Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center since May 2019. Trung is currently the Co-chair of the Human Resources and Training Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.

Hoang Anh Nguyen, a Legal Manager in Baker McKenzie, Ho Chi Minh City office, has nine years specializing in employment, corporate and compliance matters. He has worked on various M&A and restructuring projects, including domestic and cross-border workforce restructure exercises. He also assisted in a diverse range of legal issues that affect the day-to-day operation of business entities, notably including advice on employee management, internal investigation and labor discipline.
