Before establishing EQuest Asia My was a university lecturer and corporate trainer in Australia. She is a certified Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) Executive Coach, with additional certifications in EQ (SEI, 6 Seconds and EQi), Mental Toughness (AQR 48) and Positive Psychology. She has a Masters in International Business from Paris and an MBA from San Francisco.
