Frank Pogade
Chairman at Water Solutions South-East Asia
Mr. Frank Pogade has 31 years of professional experience in the environment, water and sanitation sector, of which he spent more than 20 years in Vietnam. He is a Vice Chairman of EUROCHAM’s Green Growth Sector Committee and heading the Water Working Group, as well as the Chairman of Water Solutions South-East Asia Co. ltd., a consultancy firm based in Ho Chi Minh City.
He is a Certified Engineer (Dipl. Ing.) for Environmental Engineering. Through his participation in various international infrastructure projects, he has gained a profound understanding of the specific requirements of water supply and sanitation facilities as well as in restructuring and institutional strengthening of public and private utilities. Mr. Pogade has spent many years of his career in projects funded by international donor agencies.

Mr. Elmar Dutt is the General Director and Senior Vice President of Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City in project partnership with the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany. With his vast international and local executive management experience, he is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations. He has been for 6 years honorary Chairman of the Board of the German Business Association (GBA) in Vietnam and a member of the Executive Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce (EUROCHAM).

Since the company’s establishment in 1993 Oliver has set new standards with powerful products and systems as a technology leader in stormwater management.

With a solid four-year background in green building certification (LEED, LOTUS, EDGE) and energy efficiency, Son has contributed to projects spanning commercial, office, hospitality, and industrial buildings in Vietnam and China. He is responsible for leading the development of TERAO's building sustainability services in Vietnam. Son is dedicated to using his experience to promote integrated approaches that help companies achieve greater energy efficiency and lower carbon emissions in their buildings.
