Michael is one of the leading global training and management development consultants and has worked in an advisory capacity for a variety of global organizations.
Michael has presented at conferences, delivered training workshops and seminars in numerous countries across Europe, Africa and Asia. He has successfully presented his World Series Paper 2 and interactive workshop entitled “Global Talent Management: Recruitment, Retention and Development ‘Strategies for the Future’” in Eastern Europe, South East Asia and West Africa.
Michael is also a regular contributor to specialist HR publications such as Asia Management Systems (South East Asia) and The Human Factor (India), and many other Professional Journals. He has recently published his latest book “Mentoring in the Fast Lane” and DVD “HR Recruiting, Developing and Retaining Human Capital”.
