With a quarter of a century experience in human capital management, workforce solutions as well as business development management, he has had a long and successful career across countries and organizations.

Simon is currently Country Manager for ManpowerGroup Vietnam, Thailand and Middle East. He formerly held the role of sales and contract management in such companies like SGS and successfully developed call off contracts with Caltex Refinery, Total, Brunei-Shell, Sarawak Shell, Saudi Aramco, ADNOC and Qatar Gas and Unocal, etc.

What makes Simon different to others business executive management is his intensive knowledge and experience in human capital development, solutions as well as understandings of workforce markets and policies making process in many countries. These are practical information sharing which is very valuable to people-centrix strategy for business’s sustainable growth.

Beyond the art of human and business solutions, he has been one of the main proponents of the British Chamber of Commerce where he is the Chairman. Professor Gael McDonald

Professor Gael McDonald commenced as President of RMIT Vietnam from 17 February 2014.

Previously, she was Pro Vice-Chancellor of the Faculty of Business and Law at Deakin University and Secretary of the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC).

Professor McDonald has a Bachelor of Business from Massey University, New Zealand, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Western Australia, and her Doctorate was obtained from The London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom.

Professor McDonald’s senior management experience has included being Vice President International, Vice President of Research, Dean of Business and Professor of Business Ethics at Unitec, New Zealand. She is also a past President of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), and has three times been a member of the National New Zealand Performance Based Research Fund Panel in Business and Economics (PBRF).

She is a Life fellow of ANZAM and has recently been appointed to the Australian Government Advisory Committee in Vietnam.

Professor McDonald has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Macau, United States and Canada in the areas of International Marketing, Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. She is author of Business Ethics: A Contemporary Approach (2015 Cambridge University Press), and co-author Postgraduate Business Research: Surviving and Thriving (Cooksey and McDonald 2011 Tilde Press) and Organising an Academic Conference: Guidelines for Scholarly and Academic Success (Clark and McDonald, 2014 Tilde Press).

She has also published widely in academic and professional journals, and consulted in the private sector.
