A company in good standing established under the laws of Vietnam,

Or

A company that does not have legal presence in Vietnam and fulfills any of the following conditions:

• Is established under the laws of any EU Member State
• Is a majority-owned subsidiary of company established under the laws of any EU Member State
• Has substantial ties to the EU

Size of company: Company fulfills 1 or more of the following conditions:

• Has more than 500 employees in Vietnam; or
• More than 1,000 employees globally; or
• Has operations in more than 5 countries

Notice

• No voting right 
• A Large enterprise (LE) Corporate member is entitled to nominate 4 Representatives who will receive Membership Cards
• NB: Representative offices are judged by their mother company structure and not by their own size in Vietnam
