Aymar De Liedekerke Beaufort has been Country Head and Chief Executive Officer of Ho Chi Minh City Branch at BNP Paribas SA since July 2015, overseeing corporate and institutional banking, investment solutions and retail banking. With a sound international career in banking, Aymar has been part of the EuroCham Board since 2015, currently serving as Treasurer.
Phuc Nguyen leads the accounting solutions, payroll and corporate secretarial services of KPMG Vietnam. He has over 8 years of experience working as a professional consultant to support clients on various aspects of foreign direct investment in Vietnam including business structure advisory, incorporations, licensing, corporate secretarial, accounting solutions, payroll and tax compliance services. Prior to joining KPMG, Phuc was Head of Incorporation, Corporate Secretarial Service at TMF Group. At KPMG Vietnam, Phuc has been active in the business community. He is concurrently an active member of the British Business Group of Vietnam, the Hong Kong Business Association of Vietnam, the American Business Chamber of Vietnam, and the Singaporean Business Group of Vietnam.
Tran Van Phuc is the Deputy Director of the Public Administration and Investment Promotion Center of Quang Nam Province since September 2016. He was previously Head of the Investment Promotion Division. He has many years of experience in the field of investment promotion and land management.
Le Canh Duong leads the Danang Investment Promotion Agency (IPA Danang) since 2015, having been Vice Director for 8 years. An experienced public official, he was previously Chief of the International Cooperation Division of the Dep. of Foreign Affairs of Danang, managing international projects across policy fields.
Tuan is an officer at IPC Thua Thien Hue ,supporting the general operations of the Centre. He is responsible for managing and monitoring the implementation of large projects in the province, overseeing the reporting on their implementation progress. He is a direct advisor to the Director of IPC Thua Thien Hue in regards to procedural fields, investment legal framework and project initiation.
Dave is a British trained educator with over 30 years' senior school leadership experience in international schools, predominately in Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, China and Vietnam). For several years prior to joining Green Shoots he held leadership roles at the United Nations International School in Hanoi. He holds an MBA in Educational Management and has board-level experience with strategic planning and facility development. Dave also has experience with a range of educational programmes and has participated in the accreditation of a number of schools (many in Asia) for the Council of International Schools. He joined Green Shoots in 2017 and will lead the school as it moves from its current temporary location in Hoi An to a much larger, purpose-built sustainable campus between Hoi An and Da Nang.
Responsible for the Savills business including all agency consultancy and property management business lines across North & Central Vietnam which includes a headcount of over 200 property professionals. Alongside management operations, Matt's areas of focus are key client management, capital markets, development consultancy, residential and resort project marketing, and commercial agency. Matt joined Savills Vietnam in 2005 heading the commercial and retail agency team. Subsequently setting up and managing the residential development sales team, before managing all Hanoi and Danang operations from 2009 onwards.
Tran is an Australian born in Vietnam, working extensively in ASEAN since 1999. Graduated from Monash University (Clayton, Australia), majoring in Computer Science and Maths but found his calling as a marketeer. Spent the last 20 years gathering consumer insights and managing well-known brands ranging from haircare and personal grooming to beverages for consumer goods MNCs such as Unilever, SAB Miller, and Nestle. For the last 5 years, he's been making steel as sexy as consumer goods at BlueScope Vietnam, a JV between the world's two leading steel producers, Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation and BlueScope Steel Ltd.
Truc Le is the Project Leader of Sioux High Tech Software with almost 10 years of experience in the IT Industry. Previously, he worked as a senior business analyst in Ho Chi Minh City. He came to Da Nang in 2016 in search of new challenges, having joined Sioux as Project Leader then.
Joaquim Torrinha has been with Eurocham since June 2016, supporting the organisation's cross-departmental management. With more than 10 years of experience in project and stakeholder management, policy analysis, and communications, he was most recently Project Manager of the EU-Indonesia Business Network (Jakarta, 2014-16), having previously worked in Lisbon, Brussels, and Singapore.
