For several years prior to joining Green Shoots he held leadership roles at the United Nations International School in Hanoi. He holds an MBA in Educational Management and has board-level experience with strategic planning and facility development. Dave also has experience with a range of educational programmes and has participated in the accreditation of a number of schools (many in Asia) for the Council of International Schools. He joined Green Shoots in 2017 and will lead the school as it moves from its current temporary location in Hoi An to a much larger, purpose-built sustainable campus between Hoi An and Da Nang.
